I'm Lindsay, and I am a women's stress coach. I have my master's degree in occupational therapy and I've worked in the healthcare field for over 11 years
I've been where you are...
After having my daughter and experiencing significant postpartum anxiety/depression I started to crumble under the weight of chronic anxiety and stress.
I've experienced so many physical symptoms, been constantly on edge, I’ve struggled to be present, and felt the exhaustion that comes with stress and overwhelm.
Despite doing all the "right" things, I was still struggling.
Despite being on medication, I still struggled.
Once I dove deep into nervous system work, making lifestyle changes, and working on my mindset things finally started to change.
I’ve been able to overcome chronic stress, ditch my chronic pain, improve my energy levels, improve hormonal imbalances, lose the brain fog, and most importantly I feel like I'm actually enjoying my life!
