Signs that your nervous system needs some TLC

Physical:

  • Frequent muscle tension

  • Digestive issues - constipation, IBS, food sensitivities, GERD, etc.
  • Weight gain, weight loss resistance
  • Hormone issues - cortisol imbalances, hypothyroidism, period problems, etc.

  • We ARE going over action steps and tools to help you get where you want to be
  • We ARE addressing your nervous system and helping you learn how to get out of constant survival mode (fight, flight or freeze)
  • We ARE taking a look at you holistically and addressing how your lifestyle (movement, nutrition, habits, etc) are contributing to the things you want to overcome
  • We ARE going over skills that when practiced, will actually rewire your brain to think and respond differently

What services do I offer?

  • 60-min 1:1 sessions
    • This includes a written up action plan that you will receive following the session
      • Action plans will include any pdf guides, videos, audio resources, etc that I deem appropriate
    • Sessions are typically weekly or every other week at first and then spaced out as appropriate
    • The number of sessions you will benefit from will be unique to you and what you’re dealing with
    • Cost:
      • $175 per session

Meet your coach

I'm Lindsay, and I am a women's stress coach. I have my master's degree in occupational therapy and I've worked in the healthcare field for over 11 years

I've been where you are...

After having my daughter and experiencing significant postpartum anxiety/depression I started to crumble under the weight of chronic anxiety and stress.


I've experienced so many physical symptoms, been constantly on edge, I’ve struggled to be present, and felt the exhaustion that comes with stress and overwhelm.


Despite doing all the "right" things, I was still struggling.


Despite being on medication, I still struggled.


Once I dove deep into nervous system work, making lifestyle changes, and working on my mindset things finally started to change.


I’ve been able to overcome chronic stress, ditch my chronic pain, improve my energy levels, improve hormonal imbalances, lose the brain fog, and most importantly I feel like I'm actually enjoying my life!


This has been life changing for me and I want to help you experience the same kind of results!
